4. Payments and refunds

Course prices are listed in USD and may change over time. Unless otherwise stated, refunds are available within 7 days if you have not attended live sessions or accessed over 20% of content.

5. Certificates

Certificates reflect course completion and demonstrated competencies. They are not academic credit or professional licensure.

6. Disclaimers

We provide education services on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee tournament outcomes or specific results. Nothing herein constitutes legal, medical, or financial advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disputera Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
